Rubber Accelerator-CBS (CZ)
Product properties & Features Gray-white powder (granule) with a little odor, no poison. The density is 1.31-1.34. Soluble in benzene, boluene, chloroform, CS2, CH2C12 acetone. Ethyl acetate, hardly soluble in alcohol insoluble in water, gasoline, acid /alkali with lower concentration. Usage: A medium fast primary accelerator suitable for NR,IR,SBR,NBR,HR and EPDM. An outstanding delayed action accelerator. Be top effective and safe when used at ordinary processing emperatures, causing no scorches. Vulcanized show excellent physical property and quick complete. Usually used alone when activated by DPG, TMTD and TS. The product should be stored in the dry and cooling place with good ventilation, avoiding exposure of the packaged product to direct sunlight.

Rubber Accelerator- TBBS (NS)
Product properties & Features: Gray white powder (granule). The density is 1.26-1.32.soluble in benzene. CS2, methyl alcohol, acetone. Chloroform, alcohol, insoluble in gasoline, water, acid and alkali with lower concentration. Usage: Provides fast cure rate and high modulus development in NR, SBR, BR and blends. Normally used alone or with small quantities of ultra-accelerators in tire compounds or industrial rubber products low poison and high efficiency. It’s good back up for NOBS. Good storage stability Usage: Used for primary or secondary ultra-accelerator in NR,IR,BR,SBR,NBR,HR,EPDM, and their latexes. Similar in property to PZ and EZ. Less accelerating effects than PZ and EZ to dry rubber. Product properties & Features: Light yellow or orange crystal (granule). No poison with a little odor of ammonia. The density is 1.34-1.40 Soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform, insoluble in water, acid, and alkali with lower concentration Usage An excellent delayed accelerator. The performance ls similar as CZ with better scorch safety. Widely used in NR, IR, SBR, NBR and EPDM. Can be used alone or with other vulcanization accelerators such as thiurams, quanidines and dithiocarbamates to improve the activity. Mainly used in manufacture of tires, shoes and belts. Storage: The product should be stored in the dry and cooling place with good ventilation, avoiding exposure of the packaged product to direct sunlight. The validityis1 year.
